Sunrise Trekking Experience at Kawah Putih in Bandung

initially we were worried when they have yet to respond to us when we tried texting them about the tour. they pulled through and the driver is so patient with us & help us took nice photos & were informative of the history of the tour. overall, it was a very nice day well spent!

This is the most recommended experience for me and my wife. We want to experience the nicest sunrise in bandung and we got it. We have a awesome driver/tour guide Choky. He is able to speak english fluently and very knowledgeable about the city of bandung. Just ask any questions about recommended spots, drinks, food and shopping he got you covered. Lastly for who are interested please check weather forecast before booking. We are lucky that the day was as planned.

Our guide is Cokey, it was a super pleasant experience and Cokey exceeded our expectations in many ways. He did not spare us with the little details during the tour & allowed us to have many takeaways on our own! He also remembered and catered to each of our interest & likings and also went the extra milestone for us by offering to pick us up and send us to the train station the next day. Kawah Putih was a super beautiful and scenic place which I would personally recommend people to visit! We departed from our hotel at 3.30am but it was a super worthwhile experience. 10/10 would recommend Cokey!

My driver was Andri. He was a very helpful guide! He texted us to confirm our booking the day before. Due to unforeseen circumstances, we were unable to go to Kawah Putin for the sunrise, so he recommended another spot to catch the sunrise. We went on a Sunday, so the only issue I had was the crowd since it’s the weekend. The other location was also very beautiful, and you will have many pictures opportunity. We had breakfast at this little cabin which was really nice too. And our guide also recommended other activities to do near the places we went to. So we even went flying fox across the Ranca Upas tea plantation which was fun.

Hedi was our driver for this trip. He took the extra mile to bring us around during the excursion acting as a tour guide instead of just a driver only. He is friendly, knowledgeable and respectful.

Steven was my guide. He was punctual and response. Safety was a priority and he gave me enough background information about each sight and sufficient time on my own to explore. Learnt a lot more about West Java from him. Thank you.

Our driver is Ghien. What can we say about him..... Top professional, top person with class and humour - went all out in giving historical nuggets of facts every single opportunity he finds. He doesn't shy away in sharing his rich knowledge on the geography and history of Indonesia.  He also has a knack of knowing what kind of question to ask us and also knows when to step back to give us space.  Loved his enthusiasm, attitude, commitment and most importantly passion for his job in the tourism field. 5 stars for this guy!!  Thank you Ghien for giving us one of the best experience in our lifetime. You are a gem in the tourism field, keep doing what you are doing:)

one of the best experience ever. sunrise trip marvellous and yet to be awesome. we went there before the fire. apparently closed by now due to recovery. raja tour bandung provide a great experience in bandung.

while the conditions were not good for kawah putih and we did not make it there in the end, the driver Yono gave me good alternative suggestions and we ended up making a custom itinerary. Bandung is a great place to explore with a good guide and driver.
