• Experience Flow (Duration: Approx. 60 minutes) 1 Check-in: Arrive at the 5th-floor reception desk at your scheduled date and time. 2 Exhibition Tour: Explore all 5 immersive areas—including two massive LED theaters—in sequence (approx. 60 mins). 3 Exit: Once finished, please proceed to the exit. (Note: Re-entry is strictly prohibited.)
• Special Merchandise Pickup (For Tickets with Pin Badge Only) If you purchased the “Admission Ticket with Pin Badge” (Plan ③ or ④), your limited-edition metal pin badge set will be handed to you at the 5th-floor reception desk upon check-in on the day of your visit.

[Ticket Validity] Weekday Tickets are valid only on weekdays (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays). Weekend & Holiday Tickets are valid only on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays. Tickets are valid strictly for the reserved date and time slot. Expired tickets are invalid and cannot be refunded, exchanged, or rescheduled. Ticket types and quantities cannot be modified after purchase.

[Age & Entry Requirements] Adult rates apply to guests aged 13 and older; Child rates apply to guests aged 4 to 12. Children aged 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or older. One adult can accompany up to 3 children. One child aged 3 or under may enter free of charge per accompanying adult. Additional children aged 3 or under require a Child ticket. Please bring a valid photo ID for age verification and resale prevention upon entry.

[Arrival & Entry] Please arrive on time. Guests arriving significantly past their reserved time may be denied entry or have their experience time reduced without a refund or rescheduling. Re-entry is strictly prohibited once you leave the venue. Please use the restrooms before entering. Admission will be denied to guests who are feeling unwell or under the influence of alcohol. [Original Pin Badge Inclusion] The original pin badge is included ONLY with specific badge-inclusive packages. Regular admission tickets do not include a pin badge. The pin badge will be handed over at the reception desk upon entry on the day of your visit. Advance mailing or collection after your visit is not available. Separate purchases or partial cancellations for the pin badge alone are not permitted. Free-entry children aged 3 and under do not receive a pin badge. [Prohibited Items] Food and beverages (including plastic bottles, flasks, boxed meals, alcohol, candy, and chewing gum). Luggage measuring 50 cm or more in total length (e.g., suitcases, large bags). Dangerous goods, open flames, chemicals, malodorous items, and fresh flowers. Light-emitting items such as light-up shoes, glow bracelets, chemical glow sticks, and penlights. Photography support equipment such as monopods, tripods, and selfie sticks. Any other items deemed hazardous or disruptive to viewing by staff members.

[Venue Environment & Health Precautions] The venue includes dark areas, flashing light effects, loud sound effects, and stepped surfaces. Guests with a history of photosensitive seizures, heart conditions, medical devices (such as pacemakers), or sensitivity to darkness, loud sounds, and flashing lights are advised to exercise caution or refrain from visiting. There are no horror elements or surprise jump-scare performances.

[Attire & Safety Guidelines] Certain areas feature mirrored floors. Please be mindful if wearing skirts or wide-hem shorts (complimentary wrap-around skirts are available in limited quantities). For safety reasons, entry wearing high heels or sandals is strictly prohibited. Please do not touch any venue equipment (projectors, sensors, LED panels, lighting fixtures, etc.). Guests may be held liable for any damages caused. Eating and drinking are strictly prohibited inside the venue. Please hydrate prior to entry.

[Accessibility & Facility Information] Coin lockers are not available on-site. Please use public lockers at nearby stations or surrounding facilities for large luggage. Wheelchair access is available; however, some sections feature steps, mirrored floors, and dim lighting. Guests requiring mobility assistance must enter with an accompanying companion. Strollers may be restricted from entry to maintain safety inside the venue.

[Photography & Recording] Personal photo and video recording for social media is permitted. Flash photography, external lighting, live streaming, and commercial shoots are strictly prohibited. Media coverage or official documentation recording may take place inside the facility. If you prefer not to appear on camera, please inform the staff on-site.

[Other Details] Data collected via the dedicated application “Mirrored Body” is reset per installation/cycle and is not retained within the venue. Facility operations may be altered, suspended, or closed due to venue circumstances. Please follow instructions provided by on-site staff. Failure to comply may result in removal from the venue without a refund.
