Luggage Information
- Each passenger is only allowed to carry one small piece of hand luggage and one large piece of luggage. Large luggage should be placed in the luggage compartment according to the carrier's arrangements. The maximum size limit for large luggage is 56 cm x 36 cm x 22 cm. If a passenger carries luggage exceeding the aforementioned quantity, the carrier has the right to require the passenger to purchase an additional luggage ticket accordingly. The carrier has the right to refuse passengers from boarding with any overweight, oversized, excessively long items, or any other items that the carrier considers unsuitable to be placed on the vehicle, and the passenger will not be refunded.
- According to the relevant regulations of the governments of Mainland China, Hong Kong, and Macao, passengers are not allowed to carry flammable, explosive, smuggled goods, or any contraband prohibited from entry or exit by the customs of the three regions. The carrier's driver has the right to refuse service to passengers carrying contraband. If any accident occurs due to a passenger carrying any contraband, all consequences shall be borne entirely by the carrier, and the passenger shall bear all economic losses incurred by the carrier as a result.
- Passengers must carefully look after their personal belongings every time the shuttle bus stops or when boarding and alighting. Passengers shall bear all risks associated with their personal belongings; the carrier assumes no liability for any loss or damage unless proven to be the fault of the carrier.
- Passengers should carry items of value exceeding precious items or items with specific commemorative value with them, and must never place them in the vehicle's luggage compartment. All items placed in the vehicle's luggage compartment will be treated as checked baggage. If it is proven that the checked baggage is damaged or lost due to the carrier's fault, the maximum compensation amount per piece of baggage for the carrier is HKD 500.
