Cancellation policy

• You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hour(s) before the activity date (destination local time)
• If you've participated in at least one activity, visited at least one attraction or used one of the tickets, refunds can't be issued

• Please note: If the tickets have already been issued and the guest requests a date change, a 25% fee will apply because the original tickets must be cancelled and reissued.
