• Traveling outdoors, safety first. During the trip, please follow the tour guide's arrangements and cooperate with the driver and guide. Take care of each other among group members, and the minority obeys the majority. During free time, please pay attention to personal and property safety.
• Please remain seated while the vehicle is in motion, do not walk around casually, and fasten your seatbelt. Sitting and placing luggage are strictly prohibited in the co-driver's seat near the front door of the bus, the tour guide seat in the first row, and the middle position of the rearmost row of the bus.
• Winter heat loss is fast, please prepare high-calorie snacks such as chocolate to fend off the severe cold of Northeast China. In case of weather factors such as cold air or cold waves, there are many guests in Yabuli Resort during the peak season. If you hire a coach, it is voluntary and at your own expense. Ski clothing should be lightweight, warm, and brightly colored; prepare gloves, snow caps (brain protection caps), and goggles.
• Whether the Yangge dance and techno party are available depends on the scenic area's schedule for that day. If they are not open due to weather or other reasons, they cannot be visited.
• In the area with warning signs, please follow the park's instructions. Please do not throw glass containers, plastic items, metal equipment, etc., at the animals to avoid causing them harm.
• Staying inside the Snow Town scenic area, the accommodation conditions are not as good as those in the urban area, and you should never compare them with the urban area. Because the guesthouses in the scenic area are located in a forest area, small insects often appear. Do not be afraid when you see them; just call room service to come and clean them up. The guesthouses do not provide disposable toiletries, slippers, bath towels, or face towels, so please bring your own in advance. Most bathrooms are equipped with water heaters, so please plan your shower time reasonably.
• On both sides of Xueyun Street in Snow Town, frozen pears and frozen persimmons are sold. Due to the large temperature difference between the north and the south, try to eat less cold food. Do not shop inside the scenic area, as it is more expensive compared to the urban area.
• The ride will be quite long, so you can prepare some snacks, chocolate, and other items to keep up your energy along the way.
• The roads are slippery in snowy weather, please slow down when going out. Do not run, jump, or play around on icy and snowy roads to avoid falling and getting injured.
• When checking in at the hot spring hotel and experiencing the hot springs, please bring a swim suit.
• Changbaishan tickets implement a seven-day advance booking system. In case of full booking, visitors will be adjusted to visit other scenic spots or pay an additional VIP chartered car fee of 300 yuan per person.
• The attractions within the Changbaishan Scenic Area are relatively scattered, so please bring your own high-calorie foods such as chocolate and beef jerky.
• Please wear soft-soled sports shoes for hiking; all open fires are prohibited within the Changbaishan scenic area, and smoking is strictly forbidden both within the reserve and inside vehicles.
• If there is heavy mountain fog at the top of Changbai Mountain, Heavenly Lake may not be visible; at the same time, in the event of sudden heavy rain, the Changbai Mountain scenic area will temporarily close the mountain to clear the roads. If the rainwater cannot be cleared and drained in a short time, tourists will not be able to enter the mountainous area for sightseeing; thank you for your understanding!
• If the Changbaishan Scenic Area is closed due to weather conditions, negotiate to change to another scenic area for the tour.
• There are many specialty shops on Central Street. Please exercise your own judgment when making purchases; tour guides and travel agencies cannot assist with returns.
• The three northeastern provinces are all older cities, and their 3-star and 4-star hotels are generally older than similar hotels in most mainland cities. We appreciate your understanding. Many hotel bathrooms feature bathtubs and tiled floors, so please be careful to prevent slips and falls while washing or bathing! Snow Town family inns and Erlanghe family inns do not provide disposable toiletries, so please bring your own in advance.
• The food in the Northeast region tends to be salty. During the tour, please pay attention to food hygiene. If tourists order additional dishes or order on their own during the trip, they must first clearly understand whether the price and taste are suitable. If any unpleasant incidents occur, our agency will no longer assume the related responsibilities arising therefrom, and your understanding is appreciated.
• The above products do not accept elderly people over 75 years old and pregnant women. If guests over 70 years old are accompanied by a guardian, they need to sign a liability waiver and a health certificate.
• Optional attractions can only be visited if the schedule on that day permits; if time does not permit, they are not considered part of the regular tour itinerary. Optional activities are chosen at the guests' discretion, determined by the majority of participants. Travelers who choose not to participate must wait at the scenic area entrance or disembark for free time (please pay attention to safety).
