Luggage Information

• Each ticket allows for up to 2 standard sized luggage and 1 small carry on item (e.g. diaper bag, laptop case, backpack, or purse)
• The purchase of an additional regular priced ticket is required for each additional piece of luggage
• An additional regular fee ticket will have to be purchased for other items that are not considered as suitcases such as bicycles, skis, large music instruments (e.g. cello, tuba), etc.

• Tickets are valid for 90 days after the date of purchase For round trip ticket purchasers: The return trip portion of your booking is valid for 30 days from the date of the first trip
• Terminal 1: Ground Transporation Welcome Desk is directly on the left once you leave the secure area
• Terminal 4: Walk past the Ground Transportation Welcome Desk. The Express Bus Agent Kiosk will be to the left of the Rolex Clock
• Terminal 7: Turn right once you leave the secure area, and the Ground Transportation Welcome Desk will be on the left
• Terminal 8-International Flights: Turn right once you leave the secure area (U-turn around the ropes), and the Ground Transportation Welcome Desk will be on the left
• Terminal 8-Domestic: The Ground Transportation Welcome Desk is directly across from the secure area exit
