• Group tour tip: This itinerary is pre-sold for 12 people. If there are fewer than 6 people, a guide-driver service will be arranged, meal fees will be refunded, and no Forbidden City headsets or Forbidden City Shenwumen shuttle bus will be provided. Different vehicles and tour guides may serve you during the tour. We appreciate your understanding!
• Forbidden City: 1. Important reminder that Forbidden City reservations may fail. Tickets for the Forbidden City are limited, and we will do our best to secure tickets for you (with a very high success rate), but we cannot guarantee them. Please be aware and understand. 2. The Forbidden City is closed all day on Mondays. If it is closed, the itinerary will be adjusted according to the actual situation. We appreciate your understanding! 3. During peak season, the Forbidden City and its surrounding squares experience large crowds, which may lead to long queues and waiting times. To ensure sufficient time for sightseeing, visitors are advised to bring their own snacks. 4. Tickets for the Treasure Gallery and Clock Exhibition Hall are optional and not included: 20 yuan/person.
• Tiananmen Square: 1. Important reminder regarding potential [reservation failure] for Chairman Mao Memorial Hall: there is a daily visitor limit. We will do our best to secure tickets for you, but cannot guarantee them. Please be aware and understand. 2. To pay respects to Chairman Mao's remains, please queue up at the designated location with valid identification as instructed by staff. If the designated reservation slot is full or the hall is closed due to policy, the visit will be changed to an exterior viewing. 3. Large and small bags, cameras, water bottles, and other items are not permitted inside Chairman Mao Memorial Hall. Please hand them over to your tour guide before queuing for the visit. A security check will be conducted during this period. 4. Tiananmen Square has a large crowd; please pay attention to your belongings to avoid loss.
• Tiananmen Flag Raising Ceremony: 1. If the flag-raising reservation fails, you will watch the flag lowering instead; 2. If you cannot get up early to attend, it will be considered an automatic waiver. You can arrange a meeting time and place with the tour guide to directly participate in the next attraction; 3. The specific date and departure time of the flag-raising ceremony are subject to the guide's notification, and subsequent itinerary times will be postponed accordingly; 4. As you will depart early on the day, the hotel's packed breakfast is relatively simple. It is recommended that you prepare your own snacks in advance.
• Temple of Heaven: Core attractions such as the Hall of Prayer for Good Harvests, Echo Wall, and Circular Mound Altar are closed for maintenance on Mondays (excluding public holidays), while the park gates remain open as usual.
• Attraction Order: Driving time and attraction visiting time in the itinerary are estimated, and there may be some discrepancies. The actual arrangements shall prevail; the order of attractions will be adjusted as appropriate according to the actual situation of the day (peak/off-peak season, traffic jams, etc.).
• Recommended activities: During the itinerary, the tour guide may recommend optional self-funded activities. Tourists can choose to participate voluntarily based on their personal needs and wishes; participation is not mandatory. If a tourist chooses to participate and completes the experience on-site, it will be considered an acknowledgment of the content and price of that activity. After the itinerary, our company will not accept refund requests or negative feedback arising from such self-funded activities.
• Single room supplement: (If a single room supplement is incurred, please pay it yourself): Single occupancy must pay a single room supplement. For triple occupancy, it is recommended to prepay the single room supplement. If there is no single room supplement, a triple room/extra bed will be arranged if possible, but this is not 100% guaranteed. If no triple room/extra bed is available, it will be a standard double room.
• Airport/station transfers: Beijing Capital International Airport, Daxing International Airport, and major high-speed rail stations (each order includes only 1 shared ride for pickup and 1 shared ride for drop-off; no refunds for unused services). If airport/station pickup service cannot be provided due to special circumstances such as flight/train delays or changes, the guide will inform guests to take a taxi to the hotel. Please keep your receipt for reimbursement.
• Hotel Notice: Some hotels require a deposit at the front desk when checking in, which will be refunded normally upon check-out if there are no special circumstances; the general check-in time for hotels is after 14:00.
• Dining Notice: Due to Beijing's perennial peak tourist season, some scenic spots and dining restaurants may experience queues. Please follow the tour guide's coordination and wait in an orderly manner.
• Scenic Area Closure: If the scenic area experiences closures or martial law, these are temporary notices that our agency cannot inform you of in advance. Therefore, for attractions that could not be visited: for those with ticket fees, the guide will refund the local cash amount based on the packaged ticket price; for free scenic areas, no refund will be generated. Please be aware.
• Ticket Reservations: During holidays, major self-funded attractions in Beijing are often fully booked, and tour guides frequently cannot secure tickets. Therefore, some tour guides may temporarily switch to alternative attractions.
• Traffic tips: Beijing tourist vehicles cannot be used exclusively for one purpose, and there may be vehicle changes and waiting times. Please wait patiently and follow the guide's arrangements! Beijing traffic is congested and often experiences traffic jams, so the guide may arrange for everyone to get up and leave early on some itineraries to avoid the morning rush hour. Please understand and get enough rest in the evening to maintain your energy.
• Complimentary items: No refunds if not used; if unable to use due to policy reasons such as attraction closure, no refund will be given. Thank you for your understanding.
• Booking restrictions: Seniors: Those aged 70 and above must sign a "Health Certificate" and be accompanied by a family member to travel; those aged 81 and above cannot be accommodated. Minors: Those under 18 must be accompanied by a family member to join the tour group and cannot register alone. Patients, pregnant women, and those with mobility issues: Individuals suffering from severe illnesses (such as cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, respiratory system diseases, mental illnesses, severe anemia, post-operative recovery period, etc.), pregnant women, and those with mobility issues cannot be accommodated.
• Park Voucher: Entry to the scenic area requires the original ID card, passport, or Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan Travel Permit filled out at the time of booking. If entry to the scenic area is denied due to document issues, additional costs will be at your own expense. Please inform us in advance if you hold a discount certificate.
• Shopping reminder: Shopping at scenic spots and along the way is a personal voluntary act. Please choose carefully and keep your invoices and certificates properly; this type of shopping is not related to the travel agency.
• Other reminders: Tourists are not allowed to leave the tour group without authorization during the trip, otherwise all losses and consequences caused thereby shall be borne by the tourists themselves; if the itinerary is delayed or other expenses are incurred due to irresistible factors, tourists are requested to understand and bear them themselves; once this itinerary is participated, no fees will be refunded for any reason if guests leave or withdraw from the group midway.

Cancellation policy

• 100% refund for cancellations made more than 7 days before departure.
• Cancellation 6-4 days before departure, 80% refund available.
• Cancellation 3 to 1 day before departure, 60% refund available.
• Cannot be canceled on the day of departure
• In case of unforeseen events or extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the activity. If this happens, you have the option to reschedule
• If you've participated in at least one activity, visited at least one attraction or used one of the tickets, refunds can't be issued
• Be aware that the approval of reschedules, amendments or refunds are subject to availability

Usage validity

• The voucher is valid only on the specified date (and time if applicable)

Eligibility

• Children's standard price description: For children under 12 years old, the price only includes transportation, half-price regular meals, children's tickets, and a tour guide. All other expenses are not included. If additional ticket fees are incurred, please pay them yourself; no bed and no breakfast.
• Children aged 11+ will be charged the same rate as adults
• Participants must be aged under 80 to take part in this activity
