• Due to snow, blizzards, icy roads, traffic controls, traffic congestion, and other conditions, bus departure and arrival times may be delayed. If you have other flights, the Shinkansen, JR, or other travel plans on the same day, please allow sufficient time for connections.
• Due to road conditions, the itinerary may be adjusted, and sightseeing time may be shortened or extended.
• The snow paradise does not include insurance. Please be sure to pay attention to safety when playing in the snow paradise. It is recommended that you purchase travel insurance or accidental injury insurance in advance before setting off.

• This product offers different packages, such as those without admission tickets, with admission tickets, and with unlimited play experiences. Admission tickets, snow activities, rental equipment, dining, and other personal expenses not included in the purchased package shall be borne by the traveler.
• For the specific items included in the unlimited play experience package, please refer to the content listed on the booking page and the actual items open on that day at Meibei Snow Park. Some snow activities may be suspended, adjusted, or restricted due to weather, snow conditions, equipment maintenance, safety management, or on-site operational circumstances.
• Snow activities involve a certain level of physical exertion. When participating, please follow the safety instructions of the on-site staff and choose suitable projects based on your own physical condition. When children participate in certain activities, there may be restrictions regarding age, height, or guardian accompaniment; please refer to the on-site regulations as the final standard.
• Winter temperatures in Hokkaido are relatively low. It is recommended to wear warm, windproof, and waterproof winter clothing as well as non-slip shoes, and to prepare cold-weather items such as gloves and hats in advance.
• Please be sure to adhere to the designated assembly time for the return trip. During free time, please manage your own schedule; the bus cannot wait for extended periods if you fail to return to the meeting place on time due to personal reasons.
• Please take good care of your personal belongings and valuables. Before getting on or off vehicles and leaving the snow park, please make sure you have not left any personal items behind.
• The minimum group size for this product is 4 people. If the number of bookings does not reach the minimum group size, the tour may not operate as scheduled. In the event that the minimum group size is not reached, booked passengers will be notified in advance, and cancellations and refunds will be processed in accordance with the relevant regulations of the booking platform.

• Refunds or amendments can't be issued if: Participants arrive late or don't arrive at all
