• 〖Dressing Guide〗The temperature in Jiuzhaigou is relatively low, with a large temperature difference between morning and evening, and strong UV radiation. In September-October, please bring a light down jacket, cotton-padded clothes, or a thick coat. If you don't have a coat, don't worry, you can rent one in the scenic area, or buy a beautiful shawl, which can both keep you warm and add a splash of color to your photos. Important: Bring sunglasses and sunscreen.
• Lunch is at your own expense. You can enjoy lunch at the Luosunlang Restaurant, located at the confluence of three valleys. The restaurant offers instant noodles for 15 yuan, boxed meals for 28 yuan, and a buffet for 58 yuan. The average altitude at the entrance of Jiuzhaigou is 1800M, and the highest scenic spot, Changhai, is 3100 meters above sea level. Most guests do not experience altitude sickness, but please avoid strenuous exercise at the highest points of your visit.
• Shopping stalls and points within the scenic area, or rest stops and restaurants along the way, may have local specialty supermarkets that are not under our control. Please do not misunderstand. The local area is a plateau region. If you want to prevent altitude sickness, please prepare anti-altitude sickness medication yourself before departure.
