Does this service include admission tickets? This service does not include admission tickets for attractions, activities, or other transportation services. You will need to purchase any such tickets yourself.

When will the operator provide driver and license plate information after placing an order? Your order will be confirmed within 24 hours, and you will receive a confirmation email sent by the platform. The service provider will update the driver and license plate information in the Klook voucher before 20:00 on the day before departure.

What languages do the drivers speak? The drivers speak Chinese. They do not speak English, but can respond to customers through translation devices.

Where can I get on or off? This service area includes hotels near the High-Speed Rail Huanglong Jiuzhai Station, Songpan Station, Jiuzhaigou Scenic Area, and the entrance of Jiuzhaigou Scenic Area. Please note that this service’s pick-up range does not include Jiuzhaigou County.
