What are the differences between Ocean Park Admission and the Ocean Park Admission with Transfer packages?
The Ocean Park Admission package is a normal one day e-ticket that you can use to enter the park on any day before the expiration date. You will have to organize your own transportation to the park.
The Ocean Park Admission with Transfer package is technically considered a group tour package, even though you will be free to explore the park on your own once you enter. However, this package will require you to meet our guide at a specific place and time to take the organized transfer to the park. Once you have arrived at the park together with the group, the guide will lead you into the park with fast-track admission. You will have less flexibility with this package to reschedule. If you are late to the meeting point or forget to meet up with the group, this package cannot be rescheduled and you will not be eligible for a refund.
If I am late or miss the group transfer to the park, can I just have the e-tickets issued directly and find my own way to the park?
No. The tickets issued under this package are considered group tickets and you must enter the park with the group that is meeting up for the shared transfer to the park. If you are late or miss the transfer, we will not be able to issue the e-ticket to you directly. Please be considerate and arrive at the meeting point on time. Otherwise, consider purchasing the Ocean Park Admission tickets without the transfer.
