Usage validity

• The voucher is valid only on the specified date (and time if applicable)
• In the event of severe weather conditions such as typhoons or snowstorms, we will make a final decision by 6:00 PM (local time) one day before departure on whether the tour will be canceled. You will then be notified by email as soon as a decision is made.
• The itinerary sequence, duration of stays, and arrival times are for reference only and may be adjusted flexibly according to the weather, traffic conditions, and circumstances on the day. The actual arrangements will be subject to the tour leader’s instructions and on-site announcements.
• If certain attractions cannot be visited, or if the itinerary is changed or canceled due to weather conditions, traffic restrictions, road closures, or other force majeure circumstances, no additional refund or fare reduction will be provided.
• The return arrival time may also be delayed due to traffic conditions. We recommend that you do not schedule any other activities for the evening of the tour.
• If the tour is discontinued due to force majeure circumstances, a refund will be provided for the unfulfilled portion of the itinerary after deducting any costs already incurred. Any additional expenses for return transportation, accommodation, or other services shall be borne by the traveler.
• On the return journey, we are scheduled to stop at Onneyu Onsen Roadside Station for travelers to have lunch at their own expense, purchase souvenirs, and take a break. If we are unable to visit the location due to road conditions, highway closures, or other circumstances, we will make an alternative stop at another rest area or roadside station, such as Rikubetsu Roadside Station. • The itinerary allows ample time to explore Asahiyama Zoo, with the aim of maximizing the opportunity to see the winter-exclusive Penguin Walk. However, participation in or viewing of the Penguin Walk is not guaranteed.Hokkaido’s winter weather can be unpredictable. Due to force majeure circumstances such as heavy snowfall, snowstorms, highway closures, or traffic delays, we may be unable to arrive at Asahiyama Zoo on time, which may result in missing the Penguin Walk or other seasonal activities.
• The itinerary allows ample time to explore Asahiyama Zoo, with the aim of maximizing the opportunity to see the winter-exclusive Penguin Walk. However, participation in or viewing of the Penguin Walk is not guaranteed.
• This tour is operated as a join-in group tour. Guide services may be provided in multiple languages, including Chinese, English, and Japanese. It is not possible to request a guide in a specific language. Thank you for your understanding.
• Guide arrangements: For groups of 10 or fewer participants, the driver will also serve as the tour guide, with foreign-language customer service support available. For groups of 10 or more participants, a professional tour guide will accompany the group.
• Please wear appropriate cold-weather clothing and gear suitable for temperatures below -10°C. As the tour involves relatively long periods of travel by vehicle in a single day, please consider your physical condition carefully before booking.
