Masa was an excellent guide! The tour was perfect. I went alone but Masa explained everything perfectly so you won't get lost and get back in time. We managed to get to all the places even with the snowstorm! Thank you Masa and the driver for the wonderful trip 🥰 would recommend the tour!

The day before, Hokkaido experienced a blizzard, and many roads were closed, requiring a detour to Asahikawa Zoo, increasing the journey time to nearly five hours, but thanks to this, we were able to see beautiful snow scenery; the tour guide Lily was very friendly, enthusiastic, and polite, systematically rearranged the time, and patiently introduced the characteristics of each attraction, even introducing us to good places to go in Hokkaido and recommending restaurants, and proactively offered to take photos for us after arriving at the attractions; although some attractions could not be visited, the overall arrangement of the day was very smooth and a great experience.

I joined a one-day Klook tour guided by 小洪 and had a great experience. He explained each attraction clearly and even shared useful tips at the Herb Garden (he used to work there, so the advice was spot on!). The trip was well organized with frequent toilet and trash stops, which is rare in Japan. Although time at each spot was short (~20 minutes), we still visited 4–5 places and returned to Sapporo around 6 p.m. Given the winter driving risks in Hokkaido, this tour is definitely worth it.

The tour was smooth, pleasant and went accordingly. However, i would not recommend doing this tour on winter time as you will not really appreciate it because you cant enjoy the view of the blue pond at bei as it is covered by frozen snow. The tour guide arafat was kind and approachable however, he was not doing his role that much as he just let us DIY by ourselves. He just lead us in the entrance of each itinerary place and then let us figure it out. this tour package is recommended if you do it on different season

Overall, it was very good. The guide provided excellent recommendations and thorough details. The guide's name is Mr. Hong, and I highly recommend him. Regarding the schedule, I wish there was more time at the zoo. The area to explore is vast, but the allotted time of 2 hours is not enough because seeing the penguins, which are a highlight, takes up more than half the time.

The view was breathtaking, the experience was magical. The guide Tenzo was very thoughtful, informative and made the trip enjoyable. It was worth it.

There were many people at the meeting point with different tour guides hence you really need to explore the area to find your guide. Time was also strict hence you need to go back to your bus on the specified time to be able to complete the tour.

When I made the purchase, it clearly stated that a Chinese/English tour guide was included. However, only the driver picked us up, and the driver explicitly told us there would be no guide today, just him. So, I immediately filed a complaint. All the attractions were great, but it rained constantly and was very cold. I'm sure it would be beautiful in better weather.

What a terrible experience. First, KLOOK stated the meeting time was 8:10 AM at Sapporo Bus Terminal. The day before, they sent an email saying the meeting time was 7:50 AM and to arrive 15 minutes early. I arrived at the bus terminal at 7:35 AM and spent over 10 minutes looking for them, even asking other tour groups, but couldn't find them. Finally, I contacted them proactively, and they said someone at Odori Park Station was late, so they wouldn't arrive until 8:10 AM. I had been standing in the freezing cold for over half an hour. So, I advise against choosing Sapporo Bus Terminal; you might end up waiting in the cold like I did. Because they were so late, we, who arrived earliest, ended up being the last to depart. Five other buses with the same itinerary had already left, causing us to be at the back of the line at every attraction. Our views were blocked by others, and we always had to queue last. The zoo was the most disappointing; because we arrived last, we were at the very back of the line to see the penguins. They said the itinerary was 100-120 minutes, but as soon as we entered, we queued for the penguins, which took about an hour. Then we had to eat lunch and use the restroom, leaving only half an hour for the rest of the zoo. It was a complete rush. They even started calling to rush us three minutes before the集合 time. This time, I waited half an hour for nothing, and they weren't so efficient then. Also, the tour guide was a bully. A few foreigners boarded the bus without being called, sat in other people's seats, and loudly claimed they were “free seats.” The guide, seeing they spoke English and were aggressive, just kept saying “sorry, sorry” and let them sit wherever they wanted. But to Chinese speakers, he was very rude. Additionally, when you get to the Blue Pond, absolutely do not believe them about queuing for the blue ice cream. The attraction only allows 20 minutes. The walk from the bus to the attraction and back takes 6-7 minutes. Because we arrived last, the ice cream queue was incredibly long. We only had 5 minutes to see the pond. If you wanted to take one more photo, it was already time to leave. The same goes for the waterfall; the walk from the bus takes 7-8 minutes. At least half of the activity time KLOOK listed was spent walking to the attractions. And that tree, the “10-minute car view” is fake. The car never stopped. It just slowed down as it passed the tree. By the time you tried to steady your camera to take a picture from the car window, it was already gone. Finally, the experience at Ningle Terrace was the absolute worst. The same problem: the bus stop was ridiculously far. You think you have 30 minutes of free time? The round trip between the attraction and the bus took 15 minutes. Walking in the snow isn't easy, and the entrance is far. If you also queue for the restroom, you're left with 5-8 minutes to see the attraction. It was another extreme rush. Don't even think about going into the shops to browse or buy anything; there's no time. You can only quickly take a couple of photos and leave. The bus ride was super long, and we probably only spent a third of the time seeing what we wanted to see. Also, the guide disappeared as soon as we got off the bus. If you're sitting at the back of the bus, you're on your own to find your way. Hong Kong people, I recommend driving yourselves; otherwise, you'll be furious. My fellow Hong Kong tour members and I all complained. Don't trust those “thank you, thank you” comments from Taiwanese people. In short, everyone, watch out for yourselves.
