• When the number of participants for a group tour (assembly) is less than 4, this activity will be automatically canceled. The number of participants for a private tour is limited to 1 to 6 people.
• Vehicles will be arranged based on the actual number of participants on the day. (Kia Carnival - 7 seats, Hyundai Staria - 9 seats, Hyundai Solati - 15 seats)
• The driver-guide service time for this itinerary is limited to 10 hours. If this time is exceeded, an overtime fee of 40,000 Korean Won will be charged per hour.
• Service time calculation is based on the time from the first pick-up stop until returning to the first stop. Overtime less than 1 hour is also calculated as overtime.
• If, due to a tourist's personal request, a tour guide is needed to accompany them into an attraction or for ticket purchase, the resulting parking fees will be borne by the tourist.
• For hotel transfers, the time is calculated from hotel departure to hotel arrival. Overtime of less than 1 hour will also be calculated as overtime.
• When carpooling, each group shares the total amount for overtime and pays the driver/guide in cash.
• Delays caused by irresistible factors such as traffic congestion, severe weather, or road closures are not within the driver's responsibility.
• The times in the itinerary are for reference only, and actual times may be adjusted according to the actual situation on the day.
• The estimated time spent at attractions is for reference only. The driver-guide will adjust the duration of stay at each attraction as appropriate based on the traffic conditions of the day. Your understanding and cooperation are appreciated.
• The tour guide will make appropriate adjustments to the meal arrangements based on the day's itinerary progress, traffic conditions, and actual on-site circumstances.

Cancellation policy
