Weihai Shenyou Ocean World is located at No. 1 Huaxia City Road, Huancui District, Weihai City, Shandong Province. It was built by Huaxia Group with an investment of 500 million yuan, covering a main building area of 23,000 square meters. It includes four parts: the Vanishing Rainforest Area, the Marine Culture Experience Area, the Polar Scenery Area, and the Marine Animal Performance Area. It boasts rare marine animals such as beluga whales from Russia, fur seals from Uruguay, bottlenose dolphins from Japan, as well as white-browed penguins, northern fur seals, and spotted seals, and has also introduced thousands of species of rare marine fish. Through the fully transparent central pool, visitors can closely watch performances such as people dancing with sharks and thousands of fish scrambling for food. The dynamic flying cinema uses high-tech means such as sound, light, electricity, and mechanical lifting and rotation to create a marine environment that combines virtual and real elements. The fourth floor of Shenyou Ocean World is the Naughty Castle area, where special non-slip socks must be worn before entering (you can bring your own or purchase them at the front desk for 10 yuan/pair).
