• Because Changbai Mountain's "Heaven Lake" is one of the attractions of Changbai Mountain (a natural landscape, which may open or close at any time), if Heaven Lake is closed [no compensation], you can normally visit the other five major attractions.

• Whether Tianchi can be seen is a matter of force majeure. The scenic area will open or close Tianchi in real-time based on the day's weather changes, provided safety is not compromised. Therefore, whether you can see Tianchi is entirely up to luck!
• We do not accept bookings from the following types of guests: wheelchair users, pregnant women, and people prone to motion sickness or seasickness.
• It is recommended to bring a passport or ID card, other identification documents, sunscreen, portable charger, personal medication, food and beverages, weather-appropriate clothing, comfortable shoes, sunglasses, rain gear, waterproof bag, and camera.
• No drones, no smoking in the car, no drinking in the car, no using stoves in the car, no graffiti, no damaging the environment, no picking plants, no feeding animals
