Terms & Conditions

• Participants have to arrive in Applause Pavilion for registration 15 minutes prior to the registered time. • No refund or change (including change in grouping or event date) shall be entertained once the registration is completed • Once the announcement of event cancellation is made due to adverse weather or force majeure factors, no request for refund under such circumstances shall be entertained. The organiser will announce the arrangements for affected participants to collect the Welcome Goodies Bag within two weeks after the event cancellation. For adverse weather arrangements, please refer to Mermaid Ocean Palace Facebook or • In the event that a child participant does not meet the age requirement of the specific game session that he/she is registered for, the organiser reserves the right to refuse his/her entry, and no request for refund or compensation under such circumstances shall be entertained. For any doubts of the age of the participating child, the organiser reserves the right to check identification proof upon registration or entry of event zone.

Special Weather Arrangements:

• Once the registration process is completed, the participant is deemed to have accepted the terms and conditions of the game, and also agrees that the organiser’s decision on the rescheduling or cancellation of the event according to on-site weather conditions shall be final. No request for refund or compensation under such circumstances shall be entertained. • Once the announcement of event cancellation is made due to adverse weather or force majeure factors, no request for refund under such circumstances shall be entertained. The organiser will announce the arrangements for affected participants to collect the Welcome Goodies Bag within two weeks after the event cancellation. For those participants who have not collected welcome goodies bag on affected event date can redeem the welcome goodie bag upon presenting the valid pass in designated period afterwards. (Redemption arrangement will be announced via Mermaid Ocean Palace social media.) • In case of adverse weather conditions on the event days, the organiser shall have the sole discretion to make arrangements.
