Booking changes policy

• The booking cannot be changed if the voucher has not yet been issued.

Redemption information

• This itinerary offers viewing in an uncontrolled area around the Tsuchiura Fireworks Festival venue, not paid reserved seats or designated front-row seats. Viewing spots are on a first-come, first-served basis; upon arrival, you need to choose an open space with a good view and lay down a mat for viewing. We do not promise "front row" or "perfect view," but we will try to arrive at the venue as early as possible to help you secure a relatively better standing/seating area.
