- Adult ticket: age 60 or below; height above 150 cm; passengers must meet all the above requirements.
- Concessionary ticket: Minors aged 6 (inclusive) to 18 (exclusive), full-time undergraduate students and below, retired military personnel, and young people from Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan, etc., with valid identification.
- Starting from May 1st, the scenic area will fully implement a shuttle bus + sightseeing vehicle tour mode, and self-driving up the mountain will be suspended; the following preferential policies do not include transportation fees within the scenic area.

- The grassland climate is changeable, please pay attention to the weather forecast at all times, and bring appropriate clothing, sun protection, rain gear, and other equipment.
- Please observe the warning signs within the scenic area and do not leave the designated touring areas without authorization, to avoid getting lost or encountering danger.
- Avoid approaching dangerous areas such as cliffs, deep ditches, and swamps. In case of special circumstances, please follow the instructions of the staff.
- Please do not pick or trample vegetation at will, and do not litter.
- Avoid using open flames on the grassland to prevent fires.
