BUSAN 2026 SEVEN BRIDGES TOUR Cycling Entry Ticket

Event Schedule

• Date & Time: Sunday, September 20, 2026, 06:30 – 11:30
• Gathering Time: To be announced separately (Expected to be before 06:00)

Eligibility

• Adults aged 19 or older as of the event date (First-come, first-served for approximately 4,000 participants)
• For safety management and accident prevention during long-distance riding, minors are strictly prohibited from participating, regardless of whether they are accompanied by a guardian
• Participants must be capable of maintaining an average riding speed of 25 km/h or faster
• Participants who fail to complete the course within the time limit may be disqualified and picked up (DNF/Retired) according to the operational regulations

Restrictions

Participation is restricted for individuals who fall under any of the following categories:

• Minors (including those accompanied by a guardian)
• Electric bikes, motorized bicycles, or other Personal Mobility (PM) devices
• Bicycles without functional brakes

Important Notes

• Korean citizens are not eligible to purchase tickets
• Any tickets purchased by Korean citizens will be automatically canceled without prior notice
• Participation may be restricted if you do not bring your own bicycle on the day of the event
• Purchasing a ticket constitutes agreement to all operational regulations and notices of this event, and participants must strictly adhere to them

Health Conditions & Accident Insurance

• Participants must check their health condition in advance to ensure they are fit enough to complete the registered course
• If you experience any physical abnormalities during the event (riding), please stop riding immediately and seek assistance from medical staff or event officials
• The organizer is covered by Event Liability Insurance. However, this applies solely to accidents caused by the negligence of the organizer
• Accidents caused by collisions between participants, poor riding skills, speeding, or road obstacles are not covered
• Additionally, accidents resulting from pre-existing conditions or personal health issues—such as cardiac disease, breathing difficulties, or cerebral hemorrhage—are also excluded from coverage
• Please evaluate your health condition thoroughly before participating to ensure you can complete the course safely
• Participants are strongly encouraged to purchase personal accident insurance. Except for first aid and hospital transport, the organizer holds no responsibility for risks arising from a lack of personal insurance coverage
• Any costs incurred for transport to a secondary hospital must be borne entirely by the participant
• The organizer is not liable for any damage or loss of bicycles that occurs during transportation via recovery vehicles
• Accidents caused by the organizer's negligence will be compensated in accordance with the terms of the Event Liability Insurance
• Insurance payouts will be made within the coverage limits specified in the policy, excluding a 100,000 KRW deductible to be paid by the participant
• If the applicant and the actual participant do not match, the organizer will not be held responsible for any accidents that occur during the event, and no compensation will be provided
• Participants bear full responsibility for all accidents occurring during the event, including equipment damage, loss, or collisions between participants. The organizer assumes no legal liability for these incidents

Assembly & Departure

• Please note that the Assembly Location (BEXCO) and the Starting Point (Gwangandaegyo Bridge) are different
• On the day of the event, participants will move as a group under the guidance of staff members
• Since the assembly time and departure time differ, please make sure to arrive at BEXCO by the designated assembly time

Baggage Storage

• No separate baggage storage service will be provided at the venue
• Participants must personally manage their personal belongings, including valuables. It is recommended to bring only minimal items to prevent loss

Kit & Souvenir Pick-up Guide

• Location: Participant Kit Pick-up Booth inside BEXCO (Assembly Location)
• Pick-up Hours:
• 05:00 – 06:00: Energy gels, Bib number, VIN, and timing chip
• 11:30 onwards: Souvenirs and finisher medal (distributed after completing the course)
• Note: The components of the participant kit and pick-up hours are subject to change depending on operational circumstances
• Changes to kit items (sizes, options, etc.) cannot be made after the registration is completed
