• The Arashiyama Hozugawa River Boat Ride experience may be temporarily suspended due to inclement weather, rising river levels, or other factors. If the boat ride is suspended, the rest of the day's itinerary will proceed as scheduled, and the free activity time in Arashiyama will be automatically extended. The boat ticket fee will be partially refunded by the platform after the tour (the refund amount is for the group special rate), 2000 JPY per person. We appreciate your understanding.

Cancellation policy

• You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hour(s) before the activity date (destination local time)
• Partial refund will be issued in case of unforeseen events or extreme weather caused the following condition: The activity cannot follow the itinerary
• Partial refund rules: The Arashiyama Yakatabune boat experience may be temporarily suspended due to bad weather, increased water levels, or other factors. If the boat service is suspended, the rest of the day's itinerary will proceed as usual, and the free time in Arashiyama will be automatically extended. A partial refund of 2000 JPY per person for the boat ticket fee will be processed by the platform after the tour concludes. We appreciate your understanding.
• Full refunds will only be issued for unsuccessful or rejected bookings
• Be aware that the approval of reschedules, amendments or refunds are subject to availability
• Refunds or amendments can't be issued if: Participants arrive late or don't arrive at all
