Cancellation policy

• You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hour(s) before the activity date (destination local time)
• Partial refund will be issued in case of unforeseen events or extreme weather caused the following condition: Some of the activities are cancelled
• Partial refund rules: If the Hozugawa River Boat Ride facility is suspended, a partial refund will be issued: 4000 JPY per adult and 3000 JPY per child. The free activity time in Arashiyama will also be automatically extended.
• Refunds or amendments can't be issued if: Participants arrive late or don't arrive at all
• The activity will be cancelled if there is not a minimum of 10 participants. If this happens, you'll get a rescheduled time or refund
