Using your ticket
- An English-speaking assistant will escort you to your reserved seats at the Nagasaki Kunchi Festival venue.
Things to note
- To ensure your party is seated together, please book all members under a single reservation. We cannot guarantee adjacent seating for reservations made separately.
- A reserved seat is required for all children aged 2 and older.
- Children aged 1 and under may sit on an accompanying adult's lap (limited to one infant per adult). Please inform us of the number and ages of any infants in advance.
- Please note that the tour may be canceled or modified due to severe weather, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (force majeure).
Additional information
- The festival features performances by six towns, each lasting about 30 minutes, for a total duration of approximately 3 hours.
- While you are welcome to leave the venue before the event concludes, we kindly ask that you limit movement during active performances to restroom breaks only, to minimize disruptions.
- Please remain seated throughout the performances.
- To ensure a clear view for all guests, please refrain from wearing hats or using umbrellas in the seating area.
- We ask that you be considerate of others and follow any instructions provided by our venue staff.
- Food and beverages are permitted inside the venue. However, we ask that you please take all your trash with you when you leave.
