• Pre-cruise option: The operator will pick you up with your luggages, then drop you off at the Vanvoucer Cruise Ship Terminal at the Cada Place Pier in time for your cruise after the tour
• Post-cruise option: The operator will pick you up with your luggage, then drop you off at a downtown Vancouver or airport area hotel or the airport if prearranged
• This tour runs rain or shine

Wheelchair-accessible:

• The bus does not have a wheelchair lift
• The wheelchair must be able to fold away or come apart for storage
• Wheelchair weight: The wheelchair needs to be less than 22.68 kg (50 pounds)
• Guests are required to climb up to 4 steps when boarding the tour bus
• 12:00 timeslot: This is only available for post cruise option during the cruise ship season (11 Apr-16 Oct 2026)
