- This boat ticket is for basic boarding ONLY you bought from us. VIP seats onboard are available at an extra charge on the ship, you may pay the crew directly. This is completely optional.
- There will be dedicated staff at the designated location. Simply show your order number or name to the staff to redeem your boat ticket.
- After a successful order, customer service will contact the guest within 4 hours on weekdays and 6 hours on holidays via the reserved social software, email, phone, etc., to inform them of relevant precautions.
