I really appreciate the tour guide's thoughtfulness. The environment is dark, but life has light! It is worth recommending so that children can learn to understand the needs of the visually impaired.
It was difficult to book the English experience. You have to book it first then buy the tickets. I wanted to go for my birthday but English tour was not available so ended up booking for early July. Have to go to website to redeem Klook tickets per instruction.
All the staff knew Engligh well, and the guides were very friendly and helpful. The experience was one of a kind and interesting. It's educational and fun at the same time. Our kids also enjoyed! It's a humbling experience and let's us remember what we should be grateful for.
A very special and interesting experience for couples. During the process, they gained a lot of understanding and knowledge about people with disabilities, and had interactions and gains that enhanced their relationship with their partners! It is highly recommended for couples to experience it together.
I'd been a few years back with friends for my birthday and enjoyed it then. Brought the whole family this time for both the tour and the dine in the dark experience. Very very well done once again, the experience as a blind person living in the world is just invaluable. Kids absolutely loved it. Worth visiting.

I participated in the couples experience and participated in a conversation in the dark for the first time. It felt good. I recommend that you try it if you have not played it before. It is a feeling in the dark that allows you to focus on things other than vision.
The time is just right and very fulfilling! There are a few challenges in the invisible environment, and there are games to play. The tour guide is also very humorous, and the atmosphere is great, so enjoy!
It was a great experience. Joanne, the tour guide, took good care of every participant. It made me and the children better understand the challenges in the daily life of the visually impaired.
