How to use
Redemption information
- • Group tours for 2-9 people, with a minimum of 2 people required to form a group. If only 1 person, the group will not be formed. If the group is not formed, you will be notified 48 hours before departure. If the final group size is 2 people, each person will need to pay an additional 60 New Zealand Dollars to form a private group.
- Hotel pickup and drop-off service within 3 km of Queenstown city center (centered around Novotel).
- Please consult customer service regarding pick-up and drop-off services (fees apply) outside of the 3 km radius from Queenstown center;
- ⚠️ Weather advisory: In case of severe weather such as heavy rain or strong winds, for safety reasons, the itinerary may be temporarily adjusted or canceled. Weather is an uncontrollable factor, so please be aware of this in advance and we appreciate your understanding.

Fantastic 5.0
I was delighted to sign up for this trip to Glenorchy and Paradise. Although the weather wasn't very stable, we were lucky enough to see a rainbow on the way to Glenorchy. Jim, our guide and driver, immediately pulled over at a suitable photo spot so we could admire this special scenery. Along the way, the humorous Jim not only introduced us to the unique characteristics of the towns around Lake Wakatipu but also gave us a deeper understanding of the entire South Island of New Zealand. This was a very pleasant and worthwhile trip.

The drive to Glenorchy offers beautiful scenery. Our driver and guide, Jim, was excellent and very attentive to our needs. He was also enthusiastic about sharing his knowledge and could even take photos for you if you wished. The scenery at the wharf was also lovely.
