Drop-off/return Information
- Return the device to one of the pick-up/drop-off points within opening hours, latest one day after your rental period is over
- If for any reason you cannot return your device in time, or have any questions about the return process, please contact Skyroam Support
Surcharges
- Loss, damage, or breakage of WiFi device: USD100
- Failure to return the device will incur an additional surcharge of 15% of the original booking price through Klook
Cancellation policy
- Full refunds will be issued for cancellations made at least 24 hour(s) before the selected activity date

Highly recommended! It has fast and reliable connection throughout Japan (Kansai region) The connection lasted for a full day with 2 devices connecting to it throughout. Me and my boyfriend relied on it throughout even though we bought 4G Japan local SIM card (not recommended) Would definitely use it again when we visit Japan again this year!
great communication with the sender since item was left in our hotel for pick-up. i think the original pick-up area was no longer available but them sending the wifi to our hotel made it more convenient. for the return, we just put it in the provided packaging and left it at legoland frontdesk for pick-up again since we cant find a closer drop-off area before our flight. with regard to usage, wifi was fast but it just takes 2-3mins before it boots up and have it ready for use. manageable wait time, good for browsing/uploading. thank u again!
Definitely made our trip a lot better! Travelled to Singapore and Myanmar (Yangon and Bagan) and this wifi worked! Downside is the pick up and drop off point, hope it will have more options (e.g., SG airport pickup/drop off) Overall, its very convenient to have this type of wifi you can use in two different countries.
The pick-up collection is very easy. The wifi is slightly weak at times, but most of the time, it works well. I must say that it's very useful as a power bank too as it allows me to charge my phone twice through out the day! Going ard Kansai & Taiwan is so convenient as I can use it to google locations & recommendations!! Returning is an easy breeze too! Will definitely get this again when I travel!!
5 stars for the customer service! They had problems with their pick up point so what they did is to send us the router days before our trip. The customer rep was easy to talk to and replied very fast. 3 stars for the internet connection. A little slower than what we rented in the past.

Hassle-free travel to 3 countries and we were digitally connected with our friends and family all the time. Compared to other pocket wifi, this has a cute compartment which also acts a back-up battery charger. Battery lasts very very long also. These pics were shared easily because of this wifi connection.
This is really useful when traveling to Singapore. You can easily upload all your pictures and never miss any important moments.
It works well in wuxi and shanghai, but a bit slow. The battery power is great. The collection of the device was smooth.
