• The weather in the Mount Fuji area changes frequently, especially from June to July, which is the rainy season. We cannot guarantee that you will see Mount Fuji, so please check the weather forecast in advance. Fortunately, even if you cannot see Mount Fuji on this trip, you can still enjoy a wonderful sumo performance, adding fun to your journey! In case of special weather conditions, we will also notify you by email 3 days in advance, and you can change your itinerary time according to your situation.
• If weather permits, the sumo performance will take place on the outdoor terrace, where you can watch sumo with Mount Fuji as a backdrop. However, if weather conditions do not allow, the sumo performance will be moved indoors. We appreciate your understanding.
• If the applicant is an elder over 70 years old or a pregnant woman, to ensure safety and improve relevant protection procedures, a liability waiver must be signed. Please make a note in the "Special Requirements" field when booking. We will send the liability waiver document via email after receiving your order. Please sign it in advance and send a photo back to complete the registration process.
• We will arrange different vehicle types based on the actual number of travelers. Please note that you cannot specify the vehicle type.
• We will send an email to guests between 20:00-21:00 the day before departure, informing them of the guide and vehicle information for the next day. Please check it promptly.
• If there is a need for an independent group, we will try our best to arrange it. Japanese law stipulates that operating vehicles must not be used for more than 10 hours. If this time is exceeded, additional fees will be incurred. Please be aware of this.
• This product may be adjusted based on factors such as weather. In the event of adverse weather or other force majeure factors, the park may, without prior notice, delay or postpone the operating hours of facilities, or even cancel the operation of some projects and performances. For your safety, staff have the right to ask guests to stop outdoor activities and will communicate with you to make alternative arrangements, subject to the actual situation on the day. The transportation, sightseeing, and stopover times involved in the itinerary are subject to the actual situation on the day. Vehicle & luggage info

Cancellation policy

• You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hour(s) before the activity date (destination local time)
• In case of unforeseen events or extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the tour. If this happens, you have the option to reschedule or request a full refund
• A full refund will be issued in case of unforeseen events or extreme weather caused the following condition: The activity cannot follow the itinerary
• If you've participated in at least one activity, visited at least one attraction or used one of the tickets, refunds can't be issued
• The activity will be rescheduled if there is not a minimum of 2 participants. If this happens, you'll get a rescheduled time or refund
• Refunds can't be issued for any participants who are late by 0 minutes or more

Booking changes policy

• The booking can’t be changed if it was booked with Klook Pass, under pre-sales or comes with a freebie.
• The booking cannot be changed if the voucher has not yet been issued.
