• The tour guide will notify guests by phone or text message between 18:00-20:00 the night before departure. If you have not been contacted by 21:00, please contact the staff promptly. There may be appropriate delays during holidays, and we appreciate your understanding.
• If minors and seniors are traveling, family members must accompany them.
• If the trip is temporarily canceled on the afternoon of the day before departure, the travel agency must be compensated for the loss of seat fees and any incurred expenses.
• Guests are requested to arrive at the designated location at the specified time as required. Seating is on a first-come, first-served basis.

Booking changes policy

• Change are allowed until 24 hour(s) before activity starts
• The booking can’t be changed if it was booked with Klook Pass, under pre-sales or comes with a freebie.
• The booking cannot be changed if the voucher has not yet been issued.
• Bookings made using SG Culture Pass or Taiwan Culture Points cannot be changed.
