The driver was on time and helpful. Although it took us 8-9 hours to reach Pokhara due to road constructions, we have enjoyed the amazing view of Annapurna and had a pleasant experience.

The road was bumpy and 80% of the way was broken, but the driver Saga drove very steadily. I chatted with him all the way and we arrived in Pokhara before we knew it. The 8 and a half hour drive was better than expected. There was a small restaurant in the mountains on the way, so I ordered it after the meal. I had a cup of latte, and unexpectedly I found that the latte had latte art and was surprisingly delicious!

Booked on 31 March 2024. We took almost 10hours to reach Pokhara due to the road construction issue. Our driver doesnt speak english but he carried out his duty well so he is definitely 5 star worthy.

first of all the car was very dirty , was a 8hr trip and the AC no works , inside was an over and can’t put down the windows down because on the road was a lot of dust. the driver was driving at some point very fast that we have to tell him to slow down, a few times the safety was compromise when he try to exceed the other cars from the other side of the road , he barely understand English so was not hospitality at all, driver think he was alone and put the music to loud , I ask him to turn down the volume a couple of times , the roads to Pokhara are not easy, you need to be focus on driving and the driver very often talking by the phone not even speaker . totally not a great experience

We had the local Klook representative coming to our hotel in the morning to meet & greet us. He was apologetic as the Big Van had no way to come to our door step. He accompanied us and gave instructions to the driver. Driver Om was too good he got us to a great restaurant enroute.
