Phu Quoc Romantic Sunset Fishing Boat Tour

The fishing activity takes a lot of time, so if you don’t have the patience for it, I would suggest you skip this activity. The sunset looks beautiful on the horizon and dinner is pretty good too. You’ll be charged extra if you want a seafood barbecue on top of your meal. Overall, a pleasant experience.

The sunset was beautiful. The food was delicious. The scenery was beautiful. The tour guide was kind. There were cuttlefish, octopus, cuttlefish and jellyfish. It was delicious and a very happy night.

If you're not expecting to catch cuttlefish, it's still a nice boat trip out to sea.

Overall, I liked the trip. For not much money, we didn't expect more. The ferry is 2-story, went not far from the shore and stopped for people to take pictures and admire the sunset. When the sun went down, the guide told everyone in Vietnamese and English how to catch squid with prepared gear. Those who wanted to try to catch squid, but only one was lucky. The group was about 50 people. Then they brought dinner: rice soup with squid, noodles, two grilled shrimp and a watermelon. The ferry stood in place the whole time. We didn't order a transfer - it was expensive, because it was leaving from the Vinpearl Resort Hotel. We got there ourselves. If you don't expect much, then you had a nice evening. Thanks to the team!

If you have plenty of time, you might as well go. The boat stays very close to the shore, not far from the Seashell Hotel. The boat starts at 5:30 pm, at a super slow speed, and it takes almost an hour to stop. You can fish for about an hour and start a simple dinner around 7:30. It takes about 15 minutes to start the boat back to the dock. The return trip only takes 10 minutes. We moored at 8 pm and a driver took us back to the hotel! There were about 60 people that night, but only two of them caught 2 cuttlefish!

This trip was more than I exoected. Everything went well without any problem. I will never forget the sunset which I saw on board. The fun squid fishing made me take a down memory lane. I would like to say "Thank you' to all the staff concetned for their good services.

I was worried because it was raining, but they provided raincoats and it was great because it was close to the central region. The guide was also kind! But like other reviews say, we didn't really catch any squid ㅠ Still, it was a great experience to be able to eat on the sea! I think it's really good value for money. If you don't get too greedy about catching squid, it seems like it will be a good memory!

We watched the sunset and ate seafood on the boat, and even though we didn't catch any squid, we still had a great time.
