• Infants and children will be counted as passengers. If you are traveling with children aged 0-2 (free of charge), please indicate this in the order notes. • Pre-departure notification email reminder: The night before departure, between 19:00-22:00 (Japan time), we will send a pre-departure notification email containing the tour leader's contact information, vehicle license plate information, a map of the meeting location, and related precautions. Please be sure to check it promptly, and also check your spam folder. During peak travel season, there may be a slight delay in sending the email, so we appreciate your understanding. If you receive multiple emails, the content of the latest one sent shall prevail.
• Vehicle usage: Vehicles are dispatched according to the number of people. For small groups, a driver will be arranged to also serve as the tour guide for the entire trip. No additional tour leader will be assigned. The driver/guide is only responsible for itinerary and time management. Please feel free to explore the attractions upon arrival. For one-day tours, please indicate in the remarks column if you wish to bring large luggage on board.
• Itinerary Time: The time indicated in this itinerary is an estimated time. The actual time may be affected by factors such as traffic conditions and weather on the day. The arrival and stay time at each attraction may be slightly adjusted. Thank you for your understanding.
