We missed the bus meeting time in the morning due to a taxi issue. Thankfully, our tour leader Elena quickly told us how to take a car to Como to meet up, allowing us to continue with the rest of the itinerary smoothly. The car and boat arrangements were both excellent.

Upon arriving at the Lugano border, the check-in took so long that we only had 30 minutes to explore Lugano (although the tour guide extended the time beyond what was planned). It's a pity!
