- The travel time to the park from Bangkok to Pattaya is approx. 2 hours each way
- The vehicle will stay with you for 10 hours. Overtime charges will apply on a per hour basis
- We recommend that you leave Bangkok by 8:30am in order to arrive when the park opens

- Child seats are available upon request for children 109cm and below in height or children aged 0-4 only. One child seat can be provided for free, while succeeding child seats will incur an additional charge of THB200 per seat, paid in cash directly to the driver. Mr Rin being our driver was a very nice man! Very comfortable ride to & fro. He's also very patient with us even though we came down a bit late & had to go through horrible traffic jam as our hotel was in the middle of Pratunam. If you're using a local tourist SIM card during your Thailand trip, you don't have to worry if you registered your Singapore number when booking this ride as the driver will be waiting at the lobby carrying a Klook sign
The driver arrived before the pick up time. But when were on our way, she stops 3 times while driving. She is somewhat sleepy during the drive. When we get back to the hotel, she was lost. She didn’t know where our hotel was.
Drove safe, nice driver with kind attitude, clean car, will consider again although it’s a bit expensive.
Driver does not understand english so it was very difficult communicating. It was not clear whether the driver would wait in the parking lot or not but basically, turns out, the driver will not wait in the parking lot. So when my mom had a minor heart attack we had no immediate transportation. We had to contact Klook Support. Good thing we had a portable wifi. Worst part was his driving was extremely dangerous! We almost got into an accident four (4) times due to his high speed and bad driver manners (he keeps on receiving phone calls while driving). My heart literally jumped as he would always do a sudden stop and we were SOOOOOO close from the car infront of us. Imagine, we were in a highway! If you’re a family group, best if you get a private transportation but NOT THIS SERVICE. I would suggest trying out other services.
