Booking changes policy

• Change are allowed until 24 hour(s) before activity starts
• The booking can’t be changed if it was booked with Klook Pass, under pre-sales or comes with a freebie.

• Bring comfortable shoes, weather-appropriate clothing, sun hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, cash, and water for hydration. A valid reachable phone number is required for safety and trip communication
• Children under 6 may require a booster seat by law. Coach buses usually do not need one, but winter tours using vans/minivans may. Please contact the operator in advance if needed; rental available on request
• Please provide and present your order/invoice number, voucher+photo ID upon check-in
• Pickup time may differ from voucher start time. Confirm with operator after booking. Check “Meeting & Pick-up” for details. Arrive 5–10 mins early
• Smoking prohibited on buses, attractions & hotels (fines may apply-$250+). No pets allowed
• Leaving the group: Inform the guide and sign a form. No refunds for unused portions
