Eligibility

• Children aged 0-2 can travel free of charge provided they will not occupy separate seats
• Children aged 3+ will be charged the same rate as adults

Additional information

• Eating and drinking inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited
• As this is a public transportation service, seating is on a first come first serve basis
• Wheelchairs can only be accommodated in larger vehicles
• The bus can accommodate a maximum of 44 people
• The buses are PWD-friendly
• The bus will drop off at the parking lot beside the entrance to Everland Tour bus parking 1-2
• As this is a shared transfer, please be patient in case of unexpected delays along the pick up route
• Caribbean Bay is a 5-minute walking distance from Everland
• No refunds will be issued for no-shows and late arrivals

Reservation notes

• The pick up location for Everland is the same as the drop off location,(road sign1-2 lot), please do not take the shuttle bus or other buses at the entrance of Everland.
• Show the electronic booking voucher (booking number/use date/name) to get on the car. If you haven’t get any details about the voucher (email or message), please contact customer service in time!
• We will not contact the guests in advance, because it’s a carpool transfer service , all meeting points will depart on time except for special circumstances (please be sure to arrive at the meeting point 5 to 10 minutes in advance)The vehicle will not wait for the late guests and the departure time can’t be adjusted by tourists.
• There will be restrictions on pick-up and play time ( mainly based on the travel time) Please follow the unified arrangement of the driver and the tour guide.
• Children over 36 months old have the same price as adults(Babies under 36 months old are free to participate in the activity). No seats will be provided for infants, and valid vouchers are required.If the passenger carries a stroller or luggage, the order page must indicate the situation and the amount of luggage.
• The corresponding models will be arranged according to the number of participants on the day(9-seater car can fit 8passengers, 11-seater car can fit 10passengers,the bus can fit 44passengers).

Precautions

• Vehicles can’t park on the side of the road due to road traffic regulations. Please be sure to arrive at the meeting point 5 to 10 minutes in advance to wait.The vehicle will not wait for the late guests and we will depart on time.
• It will be deemed as giving up the itinerary automatically for being late or not showing up on the travel date due to the guest's own reasons,and no refund or rescheduling . The consequences and additional costs arising therefrom will be borne by the guest, and the supplier will not be responsible.
• Different vehicles are issued every day, confirm the words or logos of EVERLAND on the body or front of the vehicle, and show the electronic voucher to get on the vehicle.
• Please understand that there will be delays in the departure or arrival time of each meeting point depending on the road conditions of the day or other factors.

Common problems

• The meeting point can be changed for the order - if the guest wanna change the pick up location to Myeongdong boarding, instead of Hongdae boarding, they need to contact customer service to change the boarding point before 18:00 (Korea time) the day before the travel date .
• If you are late due to your own reasons and didn’t take the shuttle bus and went to Everland by yourself, please contact customer service when you plan to take the shuttle bus on the return trip, and the customer service will inform you the plate number (different vehicles are arranged every day).
• Dongdaemun Station and Dongdaemun History and Culture Park Station are two different stations, please go to Dongdaemun History and Culture Park Station to take the shuttle bus.
• There is a certain distance from the exit of Myeongdong Station and Dongdaemun History and Culture Park Station. Please arrange a reasonable time and be sure to arrive at the meeting point in advance to take the shuttle bus.
