[Pre-Trip Notice]

• Please be sure to arrive on time for the meeting: If you do not participate in the trip due to personal reasons (being late/getting lost/feeling unwell, etc.), you will not be refunded. Please note that no refunds will be given.
• This itinerary is a group tour with a fixed route. The entire journey requires sharing a ride with other passengers, and parking is not allowed outside of the attractions.
• Depending on the number of participants on the day, a small car model with a driver acting as a guide may be used. Please cooperate with the staff throughout the journey (in the case of a small car, you will enjoy a more flexible itinerary pace, and the driver will focus on driving, with relatively brief explanations).
• The itinerary may be adjusted due to force majeure factors such as traffic and weather. No refunds or compensation will be provided in the event of delays or partial changes. Passengers who need to take a flight on the same day should sign up with caution or reserve sufficient time.
• Each person can bring one piece of luggage for free. For any extra luggage, you can pay JPY 2000/piece to the driver/guide on site. Please be sure to make a note when placing your order. If you do not inform us in advance, the guide has the right to refuse you to board the bus and the tour fee will not be refunded.
• Registration for seniors over 70 years old and pregnant women: No later than one day before the trip, request and sign a disclaimer form from the staff’s email jingyu12333@163.com, and return it to us to ensure travel safety.
• Due to climate change, the time when maple leaves turn red may be earlier or later. Once the group is formed, refunds or complaints about the itinerary will not be accepted on the grounds that the maple leaves are not red. Please be aware of this.
• Regarding the flowering season: The flowering season may be earlier or later depending on the climate and other conditions of the year. In this case, the itinerary fee will not be refunded.

[Notice During the Trip]

• The time spent at each attraction has been optimally designed. Please strictly observe the time to avoid affecting the overall itinerary.
• The itinerary time may be adjusted due to force majeure factors such as traffic, weather, and crowds. If there are delays or partial itinerary changes, refunds or compensation cannot be requested. Please understand and appreciate the uncertainty of the journey.
• Traffic congestion may occur during holidays and peak periods. The tour guide will flexibly adjust the itinerary according to the situation. Please be prepared and thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
• To maintain the cleanliness of the car, please do not eat or drink in the car. If damage is caused, cleaning fees will be charged according to local standards. Please work together to create a comfortable riding environment.
• If you leave the group on your own/leave the team midway after the itinerary starts, it will be regarded as automatically giving up the service, and no refund will be given. (You will be responsible for safety during the period of leaving the group)--
