There were no shopping trips or hidden fees, which was great. Our driver and guide, Mr. Zhang, was also very responsible. The hotels were decent, especially the log cabins in Hemu, which were very nice, but the cleanliness of the hotels could be improved. Overall, it was pretty good.

The scenery in Altay is absolutely stunning. Our driver and guide, Mr. Li, is skilled and drives smoothly, his explanations are lively and enthusiastic, and he took care of us attentively throughout the entire trip, making this Altay trip full of surprises!! It was a very comfortable journey! The butler service was acceptable. Accommodation options: The cabins in Kanas had a bit of a smelly toilet, but the overall experience was excellent.

Seat arrangement: The travel agency does not assign seats. Fellow travelers should discuss and take turns sitting (excluding the driver's seat);
Driver service: This tour has no guide, only a driver. Due to cultural levels and complex road conditions in Xinjiang mountainous areas, long-distance driving requires high concentration. The driver will remain vigilant throughout the journey and cannot be distracted by excessive conversation or interaction with tourists. Your safety is our greatest responsibility. Please make your travel plans in advance. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!
Explanation of leaving the group: During the trip, if you choose to leave the group midway, the uncompleted portion will be considered voluntarily forfeited. Only the unused expenses from your itinerary will be refunded, and the transportation fee will not be refunded;
Discount policy: During winter, some scenic spots in Xinjiang (Kanas/Hemu/Jiangjunshan) already enjoy off-season discounts/free ticket policies. This group tour price has already been reduced, and no further discounts will be given locally for any certificates, nor will there be any price difference to be refunded.
