The entry process was very smooth. We easily found the meeting point. We initially thought staff would escort us in, but it turned out we just needed to collect a physical QR code for entry and then follow the designated entrance lane. We arrived at 9 AM and basically walked right in without queuing. The cathedral is magnificent and beautiful, and the plaza in front of it is also very spacious. I highly recommend visiting.

I didn't see any reviews when I bought it, but later I got nervous when I saw the reviews because there were three negative reviews out of four. The platform didn't support refunds either, so I could only take a chance. Fortunately, I was able to redeem it in the end, but it was a bit of a hassle. You can't scan the electronic QR code directly. You have to find a staff member next to the small shop in front of the Foot Locker store and exchange it for a paper ticket to successfully enter St. Peter's Basilica. Before going to the museum, you have to go to the shop diagonally opposite to exchange it again. However, the fast track was good and saved a lot of queuing.

The church is absolutely, incredibly beautiful! Your e-ticket will be sent to your WhatsApp on the morning of your visit. There's no need to pick up a physical ticket from staff on-site (for paper tickets, look for the orange umbrella under the trees next to the plaza). Remember to arrive an hour early, as it can be a bit chaotic with many entrance gates. You can easily spend three hours there because it's so stunning, you won't know where to look first. The best part is, it's air-conditioned!

It's incredibly beautiful inside, but it's far too big, and I couldn't figure out how to navigate it. I walked so much my feet didn't feel like my own. It's a shame you can't take photos in the Sistine Chapel, and there were so many people. For St. Peter's Basilica, you should set aside some time for the Papal Tombs; I went too late, and they were already closed.

🤬🤮🤮🤮This product is absolutely rubbish. You don’t need a ticket to visit St Paul’s Cathedral, nor do you have to queue to get in – I really don’t know why they’ve listed this product at all. I booked it a day in advance, realised there was a mistake with the booking, and requested a refund. I was in contact with Klook’s customer service all day, but they never offered a refund solution. In the end, they only gave me a £10 voucher, which has to be used on specific products – it’s absolutely ridiculous.🙄🤮🤮🤮🤮
