- Please wait at the meeting point 10 minutes before the departure time. The bus will depart on time and will not wait for latecomers. If you are late, you will be considered a no-show and no refund will be given. Please be aware.
- At each tourist attraction in winter, depending on weather conditions, you may not be able to see the snow scene.
- The Zao snow monsters may be slightly earlier or later depending on the weather conditions, and there is a possibility that they may not be visible. After the tour is formed, it will proceed as usual regardless of the snow monster situation. Please be aware.
- If the Zao Ropeway cannot be booked, you will take the Zao Chuo Ropeway instead.
- If the ropeway is suspended due to force majeure factors such as traffic or weather, the itinerary will be changed to a foot bath experience at Zao Onsen Town, and a ropeway fee of 3000 JPY will be refunded. Please be aware.
- The itinerary assigns vehicles according to the number of people. When a small number of people participate in the tour, a driver and on-board staff will be arranged to provide full travel services. No tour leader will be assigned, and you are free to visit the attractions after arrival. Please be aware.
- The bus seats you take are subject to on-site allocation and cannot be specified. Thank you for your understanding.
- The bus seats and restaurant seats used in the experience itinerary may be shared with other tourists in the group, depending on the arrangements of the tour leader and facilities on the day.
- The contents of the meal may be adjusted due to factors such as the restaurant's ingredients on the day, and the on-site situation shall prevail.
- On the day of the itinerary, the time spent at attractions may be adjusted or some attractions may be cancelled due to road conditions, etc., and the arrival time may be significantly delayed. Please note.
- The Ginzan Onsen shuttle bus needs to be arranged by yourself, and the amount is 1000 JPY. If there is a significant increase, there may be a surcharge on site.
- The order of the itinerary is for reference only and may be adjusted according to the ropeway reservation time. Thank you for your understanding.
