This was truly an exceptional trip. Our butler, Yushan, was extremely reliable. Every evening, she would post all the arrangements and precautions for the following day in the group chat, covering every detail with great care. A huge shout-out to our driver and tour guide, Team Leader Su! Not only does he have a great personality, but he is also a very steady driver. The itinerary was well-organized, and he actively checked in with us about our preferences, helped us take photos and videos, and had great aesthetic sense and skills. We chatted a lot along the way, which was very fun. Even during traffic jams and at crowded scenic spots, he took care of us to ensure we had the best possible experience. I imagine the experience would have been even better if we hadn't visited Northern Xinjiang during the National Day peak period. Overall, we are extremely satisfied. Team Leader Su even prepared photo props, snacks, and water for us, and gave everyone a little toy sheep. It was truly a wonderful trip. The last day of the trip happened to be my mom's birthday, and Team Leader Su quietly ordered a cake for her. It was so thoughtful and touching; my mom had a very happy and surprising birthday. It was wonderful, and the friends we met along the journey were also exceptionally kind people. Although there were traffic jams and crowded scenic spots, this was still an unforgettable and highly satisfying trip. Highly recommended, very reliable. We will definitely book our trip to Southern Xinjiang with you guys next year.

A little over a week passed quickly. It was my first time in Northern Xinjiang, and the route included Urumqi - Altay - Kanas - Hemu - Sayram Lake. The pick-up and drop-off service was very thorough, and the accommodation arrangements were also satisfactory. Many thanks to Master Guo Jing! He is very familiar with the routes between scenic spots and cities, his driving skills are very stable, and he also reminds us to pay attention to the scenery and animals. He thoughtfully prepared snacks, yogurt, and hot water. The 7-seater car is also very comfortable, and the heated and massage seats are great for winter travel! The master's aerial photography results are also amazing! He also took care of me, traveling alone with the group, haha~ I will definitely come to Xinjiang again!

An unforgettable Xinjiang trip. This 8-day trip to Northern Xinjiang included thoughtful airport pick-up and drop-off arranged by the travel agency. The entire itinerary was well-organized, covering attractions such as Altay - Hemu (Ahe Highway) - Kanas - Karamay - Sayram Lake, and more. The seven-seater vehicle was comfortable, reducing the fatigue of long journeys. The accommodations for this tour were also upgraded, with satisfactory hotels and room types. Many thanks to our Uyghur driver, Abdu, whose driving skills were very steady and who also took great care of us girls.

This 8-day trip to Northern Xinjiang far exceeded expectations! His driving skills are top-notch; driving through long stretches of Gobi desert and mountainous terrain was smooth, extremely safe, and demonstrated a wealth of driving experience. Well-acquainted with the local culture and customs along Northern Xinjiang, he proactively shared stories about the attractions along the way and even helped us find fantastic photo spots. We checked off the Ahe Highway, Hemu, Kanas, and Sailimu Lake, and the scenery was breathtaking. The pace of the itinerary was comfortable, with no forced shopping. The dining and lodging arrangements were thoughtful, making the journey relaxed and enjoyable. It was an unforgettable trip to Northern Xinjiang, and I highly recommend it!

The trip was excellent with a well-planned itinerary that was both relaxing and enjoyable. Special thanks were given to the assistant for detailed explanations and to the guide/driver/photographer, Xiao Ma, for his professional, thoughtful, and caring service throughout. However, the pre-arranged transfer on the first day was highly inefficient. My original hotel and the pre-booked tour hotel were only about 20 steps apart. Instead of simply directing me to walk over, I was made to wait for 30 minutes for a guide to escort me that short distance. Furthermore, the tour hotel, "Secret [Something]" (advertised as 4-star), operated more like a 2-star property. Smoking was pervasive in the lobby, and my room had a severe privacy issue: the window opened onto an internal corridor that, despite supposedly being locked, was accessible to strangers who peered into my room. Also, do check if you need to pay for Rmb 2k/pax as deposit and rmb 280/pax for clothing/helmet/gloves including turtles

Although there was a lot of travel time, the journey itself was part of the scenery. Our travel coordinator, Yushan, provided attentive service. 4. Our fellow travelers came from different cities. After getting to know each other, we took photos of one another, and the tour leader also brought a camera to take pictures for everyone. Great photos are a team effort! 💐

This trip was very enjoyable. Although there was a wide age range in our group, everyone got along remarkably well. The itinerary was also well-planned and not too tiring. The hotels were all mid-to-high end with excellent hygiene. Our driver, Shen Kequan, also acted as our guide. He was quietly efficient and didn't talk too much. My mother is elderly and not very mobile, and he helped her with her luggage throughout the trip, which greatly added to the positive experience.

Throughout the journey, even though I joined alone, I never felt lonely — everyone was friendly and genuinely helpful to a foreigner like me.
