Group Departure and Vehicle Arrangement Minimum number of participants for a group: 6 people. If the minimum is not met, cancellation will be notified 1 day before departure. Driver and Tour Guide: For vehicles with 14 seats or less, a Chinese-speaking driver will also serve as the tour guide, providing simple explanations inside the vehicle but no guided tours when disembarking. Passenger calculation: Infants and children must also be included in the passenger count; please confirm in advance. Child seats are not provided for this activity; please be aware. Itinerary Arrangement and Changes The itinerary time will be adjusted according to the actual situation on the day. In case of traffic jams, bad weather, or other circumstances, the tour guide may adjust the order of attractions or reduce parts of the itinerary; please understand. For shared group tours, it is not permitted to leave the group or depart early. If you leave the group midway, it will be considered a voluntary abandonment, no refund will be given, and you will be responsible for any accidents that occur during subsequent parts of the trip. Season-limited activities (cherry blossom viewing, autumn leaves, fireworks, illuminations, etc.) are highly affected by weather, and the best viewing period cannot be guaranteed. If no official cancellation notice is received, the tour will proceed as planned, and no refunds will be given if the blooming period is not as expected. Once the meeting point is confirmed, please do not change it temporarily. If you change it due to personal reasons and are unable to board the vehicle, no refund will be given. Passenger Notice Please gather on time; the vehicle will not wait for latecomers. If you are late due to personal reasons and are unable to board, no refund will be given. Seat arrangements are on a first-come, first-served basis. If you have special requests, please indicate them in the remarks. The final arrangement will be subject to the driver’s coordination on the day. Vehicle space is limited. Each person can carry a maximum of 1 piece of luggage. Please inform us in advance. If you bring extra luggage temporarily, causing the vehicle to be crowded, the tour guide has the right to refuse carriage, and no refund will be given. Service and Communication 1 day before departure, between 18:00-21:00, driver information and pick-up location will be notified via WeChat / WhatsApp / Line / Email. Please be sure to check. This is a shared group tour, and you may be in the same vehicle with travelers speaking different languages; please understand. Fees and Additional Charges Lunch is not included in the itinerary. The driver can provide dining suggestions, and passengers can arrange their own meals within the specified time. If you need to charter a private group, please contact us in advance, and we will do our best to arrange it. The total duration of the itinerary must not exceed 10 hours. If it exceeds, additional fees will be incurred (5,000-10,000 JPY/hour); please be aware.
