• Please note that the exact stop will be either Hitachi Osakana Center or Hitachi Minami Drive-In, and will be confirmed on the day of the tour.
• The visit to Kanefuku Mentai Park Oarai may be skipped depending on traffic conditions on the day. If the visit is skipped, the small complimentary gift will also not be provided.
• The schedule is subject to change due to transportation, traffic, and other conditions, and arrival at the final drop-off point may be delayed.
• Even for facilities not specifically mentioned in the schedule notes, the time spent at each stop may be shortened or the visit may be canceled due to weather, congestion, or other circumstances. The order of visits may also vary depending on the assigned bus.

Cancellation policy

• In case of unforeseen events or extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the tour. If this happens, you have the option to reschedule or request a full refund
• No refund will be issued in case of unforeseen events or extreme weather caused the following condition: The activity cannot follow the itinerary
• Refunds or amendments can't be issued if: Participants arrive late or don't arrive at all
• The activity will be cancelled if there is not a minimum of 15 participants. If this happens, you'll get a rescheduled time or refund
