Cancellation policy

• You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 48 hour(s) before the activity date (destination local time)
• In case of unforeseen events or extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the booking. If this happens, you have the option to reschedule or request a full refund
• Partial refund will be issued in case of unforeseen events or extreme weather caused the following condition: The activity cannot follow the itinerary
• Partial refund rules: 1. In the event of overtime caused by force majeure factors during the trip, such as heavy rain, heavy snow, traffic jams, or traffic accidents, and without violating local road safety laws, our company's driver-guide has the right to adjust, change, or cancel sightseeing arrangements based on the time. 2. If the customer is late, resulting in overtime, the late customer should pay the driver-guide according to the local overtime fee rules. 3. If the activity vendor for an activity in the itinerary is not open, this itinerary does not bear any responsibility.
• If you've participated in at least one activity, visited at least one attraction or used one of the tickets, refunds can't be issued
