In the early morning, the lake is like a mirror, perfectly reflecting Mount Fuji, a breathtaking sight. Spring cherry blossoms, summer greenery, autumn colors, and winter snow – each visit feels like opening a different filter.
- Next, choose one of three options: ① You can choose to board the super popular KABA amphibious bus, speeding across land → instantly entering the water! Transform into a “boat bus” in a second, starting a super cool check-in experience. Suitable for those with children or those who love adventure, the guide provides fun explanations along the way, super interesting! ② You can also choose to take the Swan Lake Pleasure Boat. With a dreamy design and a fully wooden interior, it is warm and comfortable. You can also feed swans, sit in special seats for children, and experience the “captain’s view”! Circling the lake, you will be accompanied by the beautiful scenery of Mount Fuji, like a fairy tale world. ③ If you want to freely move around the quiet lakeside, you can choose to stroll freely by the lake, take pictures of swans, and look at Mount Fuji in the distance. It is also very comfortable to completely relax.
- After lunch, step into the spiritual Oshino Hakkai. This small village hidden at the foot of Mount Fuji has clear and transparent spring water and is known as one of Japan's 100 best waters. The eight spring ponds are scattered throughout the village like crystals and are must-see check-in spots.

This was a small, exquisite group tour, with a total of eight people. It felt very comfortable, almost like having a private car, and we didn't have to wait around for a large group, which made us feel very lucky! Our driver, Master Lao, adjusted the itinerary as needed based on the situation. Although we encountered heavy traffic on March 20th, a Japanese public holiday, he still made every effort to get us to as many attractions as possible. He thoughtfully prepared a booster seat for the child, making the entire trip even safer. When the child was comfortable, the whole family enjoyed the experience. Overall, these were wonderful experiences! Additionally, I'd like to mention something that might concern other travelers. When I booked, I thought there would be a tour guide. It seems that tour guides are only arranged for larger bus tours. The driver focused on driving, so he couldn't provide much commentary on the attractions. This was a bit disappointing for me, as I didn't realize that a smaller group would mean this arrangement. Also, because we happened to encounter heavy traffic on March 20th, a Japanese public holiday, the time allocated for many attractions was significantly reduced. I would advise future travelers to avoid Japanese public holidays.
Highly recommend this tour. Jeffrey was kind and patient, and very thoughtful in small detail. He arranged timely toilet breaks, clearly explained waiting points and directions, and suggested the best spots to enjoy the views and what to look out for along the way. The driver was also very professional,the ride was smooth and steady, not dizzy at all. Both of my kids fell asleep and had a good rest during the minivan journey. We were so lucky with the weather today, warm and clear, allowing us to see Mount Fuji beautifully in winter. Jeffrey mentioned that only one third of the days in a year had such clear views, so we truly felt blessed. Although the KABA was not operating due to shallow water, the swan boat was very fun for the kids. Overall, the itinerary was smooth, not tiring. Remember to bring a power bank, Mt Fuji is so stunning that it drains device battery quickly!
The tour guide's explanation was excellent. Since it wasn't the right season, we couldn't take the Kaba Bus, so they informed us that we would be taking a swan boat instead. The swan boat was very comfortable, but I still really wanted to ride the Kaba Bus. The weather that day was beautiful, and we had a very clear view of the mountains. However, there was a lot of traffic on the weekend, which made us over an hour late, so our time at the destination had to be cut short.
Originally planned to take the KABA BUS! But due to weather conditions, it was changed to a swan boat lake tour! The actual experience was even better! Because the swan boat windows are bigger and better for taking pictures~ The operator also sent an email in a timely manner suggesting alternative options! Super great! Attached is a picture of Mt. A fantastic day trip experience! I was very lucky to meet Tim, the tour guide, who was very thoughtful and professional. He knew where to see beautiful Mount Fuji and took the initiative to help everyone take photos. He was very friendly and shared a lot of information about the sights during the drive. It was a wonderful day trip experience.
Our guide, Xiaoxue, was very kind and answered all our questions. We were very lucky to witness the beautiful scenery of Mount Fuji, and also got to try local food and scenery. If I have the opportunity, I will definitely come again.
Highly recommend taking the Swan Lake boat; it's comfortable and very close to Mt. Fuji. The hidden gem really has very few people, and the tour guide is also very thoughtful, friendly, and provides explanations! Thumbs up!
The guide was Chinese, but it was okay because we could communicate separately via KakaoTalk.
I would like to give a special thanks to our tour guide, Samuel (Sam). He is fluent in English, Mandarin, and Japanese, which made communication effortless for everyone in the group. He did an excellent job explaining each stop in detail and was very accommodating with the schedule to ensure we had the best experience possible. The tour went incredibly smoothly, and we were even able to see Mt. Fuji in all its full glory. Highly recommend!

- Special Reminder: As the KABA boat ride has fixed time slots, the relevant fees are non-refundable in the event of failure to board on time due to force majeure factors such as traffic congestion. Thank you for your understanding.
- [Notice for Elderly and Pregnant Travelers] If the applicant is a senior citizen over 70 years old or a pregnant woman, a liability waiver must be signed to ensure your safety and rights. Please indicate this in the “Special Requirements” section when placing your order. We will send the agreement document by email after receiving the order. Please sign and return the photo in advance to complete the registration process.
- [Baggage Allowance] Each traveler can bring 1 piece of luggage free of charge (carry-on size is recommended). Please specify this in the “Special Requirements” section when booking. If you bring luggage on the day without prior notice (one day in advance), the tour guide has the right to refuse boarding due to possible congestion in the car and impact on safety, and the fee will not be refunded.

- [Vehicle Type and Language Instructions] We will arrange the vehicle type according to the number of people on the day, and we cannot specify the type of vehicle. You may travel in the same car with guests who speak other languages during the trip.
- [Meeting Point Confirmation] Please be sure to confirm the meeting point before departure. Once the meeting point is confirmed, please do not change it temporarily. If you cannot board the bus due to changing the meeting point for personal reasons, no refund will be given.
- [Seasonal Activity Instructions] Seasonal limited activities such as cherry blossoms, autumn leaves, special flower seasons, snow scenes, lantern festivals, and festive events are susceptible to weather or other force majeure influences. If no official cancellation notice is received, the trip will depart as usual. We regret that refunds cannot be provided if the flowering period or scenery is not as expected.
- [Departure Time May Be Adjusted] During peak tourist season or under special circumstances, the departure time of the trip may be advanced or delayed. Please refer to the email notification one day in advance and make preparations in advance.
- [Seating Arrangement Instructions] Seating arrangements for shared rides are generally on a first-come, first-served basis. If you have special needs, please indicate this when booking. We will do our best to coordinate, but the final arrangement is subject to the tour guide’s on-site arrangement.
- [Itinerary Order Adjustment Instructions] Due to Japan’s strict control of operating vehicle usage time, the attractions, transportation, and stopover time included in the itinerary will be flexibly arranged according to the situation on the day. In the event of traffic jams, weather changes, or other special circumstances, the tour guide will reasonably adjust the order or reduce some attractions. Thank you for your cooperation.
- [No Early Departure Instructions] The itinerary is a group tour activity and you may not leave the group early or leave the group without authorization. If you choose to leave the group midway, the remaining itinerary will be regarded as a voluntary waiver and no refund will be given. You will be responsible for any risks or liabilities arising after leaving the group.
- [End Time is for Reference Only] As the journey is long, the return arrival time may be affected by traffic or weather. It is recommended that you avoid arranging other activities on the day the trip ends. Our company will not be liable for compensation for losses caused by delays.
- [Small Group Instructions] If the number of travelers is small, we will arrange a small car for the trip. Please note that due to the long journey, the comfort of the small vehicle used may not be as good as that of a large bus, and the space inside the car is limited. To ensure the travel experience of all passengers, please do not bring large luggage (such as large suitcases). In addition, the drivers of small groups and chartered services will prioritize safe driving, and the explanations along the way may be simpler than those of large groups.
