Pre-trip Notice

* Between 17:00 and 21:00 on the day before departure, we will contact you via the contact information you provided. If you do not receive a message, please check your email. Emails may sometimes end up in the spam folder. During peak tourist seasons, email delivery may be slightly delayed. If you receive multiple emails, please refer to the latest one. If you have not received your travel information, please arrive at the meeting point 10 minutes early according to the scheduled meeting time, and look for the JRT tour guide flag to inquire. Thank you for your patience and cooperation.

* If the number of participants does not reach the minimum group size, cancellations will be notified by email one day before departure. In the event of typhoons, heavy snow, or other extreme weather, cancellations will be confirmed by 18:00 on the day before departure (local time) and notified via email.

Seating and Vehicles

• This is a joined-group tour. Seat allocation follows a first-come, first-served basis. If you have special requirements, please note them when booking and we will do our best to arrange them, but final arrangements are subject to on-site conditions.
• Vehicle types are arranged according to the number of participants, and specific vehicle types cannot be requested. For smaller groups, a driver-guide may be arranged, and the commentary may be relatively brief.
• If you need to bring luggage, you must notify in advance. If luggage is brought without prior notice, the tour guide has the right to refuse boarding and fees will not be refunded. Eating and drinking are prohibited inside the vehicle, and any contamination or damage must be compensated according to local standards.

Itinerary Adjustments and Safety

• Japanese law stipulates that commercial vehicles must not be driven for more than 10 hours per day. Overtime will incur additional fees (ranging from 5,000 to 10,000 JPY per hour).
• The itinerary is for reference only. Actual traffic, stopovers, and sightseeing times may be adjusted due to weather, traffic jams, facility maintenance, etc. Tour guides may reasonably replace or omit attractions based on actual conditions.
• In the event of weather or force majeure causing the suspension of facilities such as cable cars or cruise ships, the tour will be changed to visit other attractions or the stay time will be adjusted.
• Fees will not be refunded for delays, temporary changes to meeting points, or leaving the tour midway due to personal reasons. Any accidents or additional expenses incurred after leaving the tour shall be borne by yourself.

Season and Scenery

• In winter, if special circumstances occur such as highway closures or scenic area entry restrictions, we will reduce or change the route, and no refunds will be given.

Other Notes

• Please arrive at the meeting point on time. We will not wait for latecomers, and joining the tour midway is not allowed.
• It is recommended to wear lightweight clothing and shoes. For winter or mountain trips, please bring your own warm clothing.

* The itinerary does not include personal travel and accident insurance, and it is recommended to purchase insurance on your own. Outdoor activities and high-risk sports carry certain risks; please sign up cautiously based on your own health condition.

* After the tour departs, if it is forced to suspend due to natural disasters or force majeure, fees will not be refunded, and travelers must bear the return or additional accommodation expenses themselves.

* During Japanese public holidays ("red days") and weekend travel peaks, severe traffic jams or early closures of attractions are common. It is recommended not to book flights, Shinkansen, or dinners for the same evening, and to bring your own light snacks and power banks.
