I have been to the Star All Day Dining Restaurant at the Pullman Shenzhen Hotel many times to enjoy the buffet. The hotel location is very convenient. You can see the hotel as soon as you exit the high-speed rail and subway. The staff is very polite, and the food quality is super high. The presentation and appearance are very good. Moreover, the hotel decoration is constantly changing, giving a sense of freshness. Compared with other hotel buffets, I would prefer the Pullman Hotel. Both the price and the food are cost-effective.

It's a bit of a hassle to have to call to make a reservation, but there are so many types of food, all-you-can-drink alcohol is available, and the service is excellent. You can eat from 6 PM to 9 PM. Facing the Shenzhen North High-Speed Rail Station, the night view is amazing.

While the food selection wasn't extensive, the sushi chef's arrangements were excellent, offering generous and fresh portions. The desserts were top-notch, meeting five-star hotel standards. However, the meat dishes (roast beef tenderloin and German sausage) were a very poor experience; they were cold and lacked flavor. The dish labeled "curry chicken" was actually Japanese curry pork cutlet, and it was dry and tough. On a positive note, the service staff were exceptionally polite and deserve high praise.

Not a wide variety of seafood, not a lot of Chinese food options, the food isn't hot enough and isn't properly covered, food refills are slow. No beer among the alcoholic beverages, not enough staff, it takes a long time for them to clear some of the dishes, the environment is fairly spacious.
