There was a slight delay with the morning pickup, but the tour guide was reachable, which was fine. It was very reassuring that the tour guide spoke Chinese. However, the itinerary requires a lot of stamina for the round trip. The fireworks directly overhead in the front rows of Zone B were incredibly spectacular—a once-in-a-lifetime experience.
The fireworks were stunning and moving. Tour guide Liu Bin was very responsible and organized everything well. Highly recommended!
The front-row seats in Area B were truly spectacular; the fireworks felt like they were exploding right above our heads. The Nagaoka Fireworks Festival is a must-experience event. The tour bus was comfortable, and the guide's explanations were clear. There were several rest stops along the way to resupply, and the provided yukata added to the perfect atmosphere of the fireworks display. My only slight disappointment was during the return journey. The guide walked a bit fast, and with everyone leaving at the same time, it was difficult to keep up and spot the unlit flag, making it easy to accidentally follow the wrong group.
The itinerary started with a 9 AM meeting. We stopped at two rest areas, including a FamilyMart, so there was no need to worry about restrooms or food. Upon arrival at the venue, the tour guide led everyone to the group seating area. Our seats that day were quite close to the front and also near the restrooms. Since we couldn't get tickets on our own and joined a tour, having seats at all felt great, so we were happy! After confirming the fireworks schedule and our location, we had free time until the fireworks began. The four-shaku-dama fireworks were truly spectacular and breathtaking. The best part was being able to watch the entire fireworks display without rushing to catch a bus. After the show, the tour guide led everyone back to the bus. On the way back, we slept the whole way, stopping at one rest area that had a great selection of items. It was fun to see our fellow tour members happily shopping. The rest stops chosen by the guide were really good. Finally, we arrived back at Tokyo Station around 4 AM, concluding the tour.
The Nagaoka Fireworks Festival is a must-see in life! 🎆 It was definitely worth the eight-hour car ride and the nearly one-hour walk back and forth between the venue and the parking lot. It was truly stunning and beautiful! 💗

- [Explanation of gifts and B-area front-row package] The complimentary Japanese yukata is a standard size; regarding the "front row" description in the "B-area group seating (front row)" package, there might be a translation issue. It refers to seats closer to the front, not necessarily the first row. This is a special note. Please be aware.
- [In case of severe weather] The Nagaoka Fireworks Association reserves the right to cancel the fireworks festival. If a decision to cancel the fireworks festival is made before departure, the trip will be canceled or postponed. If no decision to cancel the fireworks display is made before departure, your trip will proceed as planned. After departure, all travel expenses are non-refundable.
- [Recommended items to bring] Please be sure to prepare the recommended items to ensure a comfortable and safe viewing of the fireworks.
- [Notification time and method] We will send an email between 20:00 and 21:00 on the day before departure, informing you of the guide and vehicle information. The email may be mistakenly classified as spam, so please check carefully. In case of peak season or special circumstances, the email sending time may be delayed, and the last email sent will prevail.
