Calgary Banff Gondola & Lake Louise Full-Day National Park Tour

Our first time doing a tour. Layse was our tour guide she was sweet and funny. The views of the ride from Calgary to Banff was the most amazing moments we’ve ever experienced!🤩 We would like to do this again soon!

This tour was very enjoyable and a lot of fun. The driver personally helped us a lot because we needed to catch our flight. If they had not dropped us off in Calgary, we probably would not have been able to catch our return flight. The tour itself was beautiful, but personally, the best part for me was that they provided a drop-off in Calgary, which was extremely important for us. Overall, the tour was really enjoyable. If someone wants to explore some of the highlighted and best sightseeing spots in Banff together in one package, then they can definitely choose this tour. It is also quite affordable. Not only that, after taking this package, there is honestly not much left to explore in Banff except maybe four or five places. This package already covers most of the major highlights.

It was a superb experience. The whole day was worth our time. It was such a Beautiful scenery. Jay our tour guide was very informative and also helpful in everything that we need. He can answer whatever question we asked him.. esp in asking where we can get good food for lunch. Overall excellent tour experience,

We booked a group Banff tour and it was one of the best travel decisions we’ve made! The itinerary was very well-planned — we got to see all the must-visit spots like Lake Louise, Moraine Lake, Bow Falls, Gondola, and Banff Town without feeling rushed. The timing at each stop was perfect, giving us enough time for photos and exploring. Our tour guide (Ben) was amazing — knowledgeable, patient, and very friendly. He shared local history, fun facts, and even recommended the best photo angles and food spots. It felt more like traveling with a friend than just a guide! The private van was clean, comfortable, and spacious, which made the long scenic drives so much more enjoyable — totally worth it for the convenience and flexibility. Highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Banff! Stress-free, beautiful views, and exceptional service from start to finish. Would definitely book again!

Ron was our tour guide, and he was funny, entertaining, and very great throughout the whole tour. I really enjoyed listening to his stories about his family and the interesting trivia he shared about the places we visited. He made the tour more enjoyable and engaging. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this tour, especially with Ron as the guide!

The trip was ok. Stopped at each locations for very limited time. We did not have much time to walk and shop in Banff downtown and both lakes. Also, the trip did not follow the shared itinerary. It was supposed to have about an hour to spend in Banff downtown area at the end of the trip after we visit the lakes in the morning. But it turned out we visited the downtown only for the lunch then headed to the lakes in the afternoon.

The driver and tour guide were very humorous and engaging, and the itinerary flowed smoothly! The car's interior was a bit older, making it feel relatively cramped.

The guide is just doing his job according to the general itinerary. The queue is pretty long for gondola ride, but he only provided 1 hr 20 mins for us to take the ride. By the time we arrived the top, we cannot walk up to the peak viewpoint due to the time limit and had to take the return ride. I think the guide should be more flexible in extending the time a bit, say 15 mins. At the end, we arrived the drop off point earlier. so, it may be the case that the guide would like to finish the tour earlier.

I only found out on the day of the event that KLOOK had not registered me for the activity, so I am unable to rate it. I tried every method to contact KLOOK, but it was impossible.
